Who is MOWPA?
The Maryland Onsite Wastewater Professionals Association (MOWPA) is a not-for-profit organization. MOWPA was chartered in September 2004 to provide education and training programs for individuals and companies working in the onsite sewage disposal system industry.
Our members include manufacturers, installers, engineers, regulators, educators and other interested parties.

MOWPA Board of Directors
The Board meets the 2nd Monday of each month from 1 – 3pm at:
University of Maryland Agricultural Experiment Station (MAES)

Meetings are in a dual format (online and in-person).
Members are encouraged to support MOWPA’s work by coming to Board meetings and becoming involved with one of the committee’s or the organizations programs. Additional information can be obtained from the pages in this website, or by contacting one of the board members.
