  • 2026 MOWPA Conference Vendor Registration Packet
  • MOWPA would like to invite you to be an exhibitor at the conference. As an exhibitor at the conference, you will be able to network and promote your products. Exhibitors will have an allotted time to present information about their company to the conference participants. This will be a great platform to describe your products and services and to promote your company. The exhibit fee of $450.00 includes a booth and two company representatives. Exhibit spaces are approximately 8 ft x 8 ft in size and include a 6 ft x 3 ft table and 2 chairs.
  • New Vendor Experience this year:
      • High-Traffic Exhibit Space: We have moved the vendor area to a spacious main hallway, positioned directly around the coffee and food break stations. You'll be at the heart of the action all day long. We also are creating incentives for attendees to visit your space during the event.  
      • Exclusive MOWPA Hot Lunch: We have secured a partitioned-off area specifically for MOWPA attendees for a hot lunch. This keeps our group together and focused, and we will be rolling vendor videos during the meal to ensure your brand stays front-and-center even while people are eating. 
      • Large Equipment Accessibility: Our ground-level access now includes 8' wide by 10' high sliding doors leading directly from the parking area. This makes it easy to bring in large items like treatment systems, headworks, and other heavy equipment. 
      • Flexible Booth Setup: We will provide as many 3– 6' tables to properly showcase your products.  
      • Convenient On-Site Lodging: Stay where the action is! We've reserved a block of rooms at the Maritime Conference Center for $169/night (includes dinner and breakfast). This is perfect for those who want to set up the night before or avoid a long morning commute.
